This is a small coffee place next to the bus station in
Bodrum. It’s the area where they put up
the Tuesday and Friday market. It’s not in a very pleasant area but the coffee
is good. I especially enjoy having a cup of Turkish coffee on the way back from
a long walk or after shopping at the market. Normally coffee should be made the
traditional way in a cezve (Turkish coffee pot) cooked slowly over a low flame or
better, in hot ashes, but nowadays everyone
uses the automatic coffee makers…
Bodruma gelenler mutlaka bir şekilde merkezdeki garaja uğramiştir. Garajın üst tarafında sevimsiz, ruhsuz kapalı bir alan vardır. Salı ve Cuma günleri burada pazar kurulur, bitişiğinde de Tansaş var. Pazar olsa da olmasa da en az haftada bir gün yürüyüş-alışveriş-sinema dönüşü burada bulunan Hasan Fidan kahvecisinde kahve içerim.Sonuçta her yerde olduğu gibi makinede yapılıyor ama kahvesi güzel. Yolunuz düşerse bir yorgunluk kahvesi için burada.
